All appointments at Harmonie Osteopathy are 40 minutes long, whether you are visiting for your first appointment or a follow-up appointment.

New patients: Your first appointment includes a detailed consultation and assessment, followed by appropriate osteopathic treatment. This allows us to understand your concerns, medical history and individual needs and create a treatment approach that is right for you.

Follow-up appointments: Follow-up appointments are also 40 minutes, allowing enough time to reassess your progress, provide treatment and discuss any exercises, advice or changes that may support your recovery.

You can book your appointment online using our booking system. Simply select New Patient if you are visiting Harmonie Osteopathy for the first time, or Follow-up Treatment if you have been here before.
